A 24-months warranty

If after purchase, during a period of 24 months, the product shows a lack of conformity or a defect and this under normal use as defined in the manual instructions, we undertake to :


Ship the defective interchangeable part(s) by yourself

(ask our after-sales service department for information : contact@renolux.fr)


Repair the product


or, as a last resort, replace the product in its entirety with an identical or similar product of at least equal value


  1. Failure to present a dated proof of purchase from a known retailer (invoice or sales receipt).
  2. Uses and purposes other than those stated in the manual instructions.
  3. Installation or assembly not in accordance with the instructions.
  4. Repairs carried out by a non-authorised person and outside the control of our services (for normative and regulatory reasons).
  5. Lack of product maintenance.
  6. Damage due to inadvertent shock and/or incorrect handling of the product.

The warranty is valid for 24 consecutive months, non-transferable (only the first buyer is the sole beneficiary) and from the date of purchase of the product by the end customer.

In case of repair, the warranty is extended only for the period of immobilisation of the product. Renolux undertakes to carry out any repairs within a reasonable time.
This warranty complies with the legislation in force (Consumer Code art. L211-4 to L211-14. R. 211-1 to 211-5 / General Product Directive 1999 / 44CE of May 25, 1999; Civil Code art. 1641 to 1649).

To benefit from the application of the warranty, the end customer must present a copy of the sales receipt or invoice justifying his purchase.
Any request for spare parts, expertise for repair and/or product exchange must be made by the store IN WRITING and WITH AN ATTACHED COPY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE.
