Renolux is established in France near Lyon, and that’s where we have been designing and manufacturing childcare products for over 40 years. Enhancement of road child safety have propelled the company into the competitive car seats market. The development of our polyurethane foam injection manufacturing process has enabled the company to innovate and gain new markets.
Nowadays, our industrial know-how enables us to master different areas of business : polymerisation techniques using our patented process (polyurethane foam), metal work (drilling, cutting, tube bending, soldering), textiles industry (pasting, cutting, sewing) and then assembling mechanics. In total, we have a manufacturing and warehousing surface area of 17,000 m2 with customer satisfaction as our number one priority.

HIGH DENSITY FOAM DPT
While all other market players are manufacturing traditional plastic car seats, Renolux as child care expert, has been able to patent the application of foam technology to child seats: this is the Softness technology®. The process consists of injecting high-density polyurethane foam onto a steel “skeleton”, combining comfort with robustness.
We are the one and only company on the market to use this process and are proud to manufacture the most comfortable car seats in the world, while providing optimum child safety.
Renolux thinks of both children and parents by proposing ingenious and ergonomic systems. It is the inventor of the first swivelling car seat, which makes it very easy to install the child in his car seat.
Many other features and tips have been developed for our highly scalable car seats, thus ensuring ease and long service life.
